How to make
Boil the chicken breasts in water with a little salt until done. Remove and shred them into small pieces.
In a pot, melt the butter. Fry the onion and garlic, cut into small pieces.
Pour the broth and add the spices. Add the meat, couscous and grated lemon peel.
Boil the chicken soup on a low heat for 8-10 minutes.
Turn off the heat and serve the Greek soup in appropriate bowls.
Before serving, sprinkle the delicious greek chicken soup with chopped spring onions.
