How to make
Clean the peppers from the seed part and cut them into small pieces.
Peel the garlic and press it.
Pour the thick homemade yogurt into a bowl and add the chopped red peppers, previously strained from the juice.
Add the finely chopped parsley and ground walnuts.
Season with salt and mix until smooth.
Form the yogurt and roasted peppers spread into small balls and serve it.
It is tasty!
