How to make
I wash and clean the mushrooms, arrange them in a baking pan in which I have melted the butter.
I mix the minced meat with the onion that I have grated, add the spices and stuff the mushrooms.
After filling them, I add the processed cheese and put them to bake, putting a little water in the baking pan.
Shortly before the stuffed mushrooms are ready, I take them out and put cheese on each mushroom.
I return them in the oven, until the cheese acquires golden brown color.
The stuffed mushrooms with minced meat are ready.
