How to make
Today I made something for the first time and it is this delicious bulgur, kale and asparagus salad.
To be honest, I didn't expect us to like the combination with bulgur salad this much.
Here's how I made it! First, I cooked the bulgur according to the instructions on the package.
And while it was boiling it, I prepared the asparagus. I washed it under cold running water and removed the tough part of their stem.
I sprinkled them with salt and olive oil so that they were well coated. Then I pan-grilled them on all sides for about eight to ten minutes total.
I strained the finished bulgur, put it on a plate and added cleaned and washed kale, cut into pieces, without the stems. Parsley is added next.
I seasoned with dressing and arranged the asparagus on top. And finally, I added coarsely chopped boiled eggs for the asparagus salad.
A delicious appetizer and why not a light dish for dinner?
