  • water - 2 and 1/2 tbsp.
  • for the stuffing
  • cream - 2/5 cup (100 ml)
  • cottage cheese - 7 oz (200 g)
  • eggs - 1 pc.
  • salt - 1/2 tsp.
  • black pepper - to taste
  • rhubarb - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • sugar - 1 and 1/2 tbsp.
  • asparagus - 9 oz (250 g)

How to make

To prepare this great quiche with asparagus and rhubarb we will need a 11″ (28 cm) diameter baking pan covered with baking paper.

First, make a butter pastry dough from the listed products, cover it and leave it in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.

Then, on a floured surface, gently roll it out into a round crust with a diameter of about 12.5″ (32 cm).

Put it in a baking pan, pierce it in several places with a fork and put it to bake in an oven heated to 430°F (220°C) for about 20 minutes.

During this time, prepare the filling for the delicious quiche.

The cream, egg and cheese are beaten, salt and black pepper are added.

This mixture is poured over the baked dough.

The rhubarb, which has been cut into pieces (about 6 cm long and divided in half lengthwise) is mixed with the sugar.

The asparagus, also halved lengthwise and then into 2.4″ (6 cm) pieces and the rhubarb is arranged in a spiral.
