How to make
A dough is prepared by mixing the butter with the sugar, adding the egg, salt and flour. Make a ball and leave it for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
A fifth of the dough is separated. The rest is rolled out and placed in a pan greased with butter.
The rhubarb is washed and dried. It is cut into pieces. Mix the eggs, sugar, cinnamon, add the chopped rhubarb, add the starch.
Everything is mixed and put on the dough. The remaining dough is made into strips and a grid is made over the filling. Bake for 10 minutes at 410°F (210°C) and 35 minutes at 300°F (150°C).
