  • macaroni - 0.9 lb (400 g)
  • tomato juice - 2 cups (500 ml)
  • beef minced meat - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • yellow cheese - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • sugar - 2 pinches
  • garlic - 3 cloves
  • onion - 1 onion
  • black pepper
  • oregano
  • basil
  • olive oil

How to make

Boil the macaroni and strain them.

Finely chop the onion and slice the garlic - put them in a deep pan to fry with a little olive oil.

Add the minced meat, tomato juice, sugar, black pepper, oregano and basil.

Season the mixture with salt and let it boil on the stove.

Pour the macaroni into a lightly greased baking pan and pour the tomato sauce on top.
