How to make
The spaghetti are boiled according to the instructions on the package, adding 1 tbsp. salt and 2 tbsp. olive oil.
The bacon and onion are chopped and stewed in the remaining fat until they change color.
After that, sour cream and chopped garlic are added to them. As soon as it softens, eggs are added. You can add just the yolks. Stir until they are cooked.
Sprinkle with black pepper and serve with the cooked spaghetti. The Spaghetti Carbonara with bacon are very tasty.
