"Delicious waffles, perfectly complemented by butter and maple syrup"

Ingredients

  • eggs - 2 pcs.
  • flour - 3 cups
  • milk - 2 cups
  • melted butter - 2.1 oz (60 g)
  • salt - 1 pinch
  • sugar - 3 tbsp.
  • vanilla sugar - 2/3 tbsp (10 g)
  • baking powder - 2 pinches
  • maple syrup - for watering
  • hard butter - 3.5 oz (100 g) for serving

How to make

Beat the eggs with the sugar in a bowl. Add 1 cup of the milk, 1 cup of the flour, salt and baking powder.

Continue to beat and then add the rest of the milk, the rest of the flour, the vanilla sugar and the melted butter. Beat continuously until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.

Bake waffles from this mixture, the amount of mixture for each waffle is about 1/2 ladle and depends on the device we use. The baking time is also individual.

Arrange the finished warm waffles three on top of each other in plates and pour maple syrup. Place 2 pieces of butter on top.
