How to make
Wash the pig well and let it drain for 2-3 hours. Then smear it well outside and inside with salt and lemon juice.
Then fill it with the stuffing, which is prepared in the following way:
Stew the finely chopped onion, mushrooms and ham in the butter and add black pepper to taste and garlic. Mix well and add salt to taste.
After stuffing the pig, sew it well with thread and put it in a tray, on the bottom of which vine sticks are placed.
Add 1-2 cup water and roast the pig in a moderately heated oven for 4-5 hours.
From time to time drizzle it with the sauce.
The stuffed roasted pig with ham and mushrooms is ready.
