"Delicious vegetable rolls for connoisseurs of Asian cuisine. You can serve them as a side dish, an appetizer or as a main course."

Ingredients

  • rice paper - 1 - 2 packages
  • red onion - 1 onion
  • chinese cabbage - 2 - 3 leaves
  • garlic - 3 - 4 cloves
  • carrots - 2 pcs.
  • red peppers - 1 pc.
  • celery - 2 stalks
  • soy sauce - light
  • oil
  • sesame oil

How to make

Cut the vegetables into sticks and stew them lightly in a pan, but so that they remain crispy.

Season the vegetables with soy sauce and sesame oil (a little).

Pour warm water into a deep dish and dip one rice paper for a few seconds until soft.

Put the rice paper on a flat surface (perhaps a flat plate or a cutting board) and put some of the vegetables at one end of it and wrap it like a wrap.

Arrange the spring rolls in a baking pan greased with oil and bake in a 450°F (230°C) oven until golden.
