How to make
Cut the vegetables into sticks and stew them lightly in a pan, but so that they remain crispy.
Season the vegetables with soy sauce and sesame oil (a little).
Pour warm water into a deep dish and dip one rice paper for a few seconds until soft.
Put the rice paper on a flat surface (perhaps a flat plate or a cutting board) and put some of the vegetables at one end of it and wrap it like a wrap.
Arrange the spring rolls in a baking pan greased with oil and bake in a 450°F (230°C) oven until golden.
The Vegetable Spring Rolls are ready.
