How to make
Finely chop the almonds in a blender, add the tomatoes, anchovies, garlic, basil, mint and cayenne pepper and blend them into a puree.
Gradually add the olive oil. Transfer the mixture into a bowl and add the parmesan. Add salt to taste.
Boil the spaghetti in salted water, strain and set aside 1 cup of the water. Put them in serving plates and add the sauce.
Mix well and drizzle, if necessary, with a little water from cooking the spaghetti.
They are served immediately.
The spaghetti with anchovies and almonds are ready.
