Ingredients

  • dock - 10.5 oz (300 g) can also be frozen
  • spring onions - 2 bunches
  • beef - 1.1 lb (500 g)
  • oil - 2 tbsp (30 ml)
  • flour - 1 tbsp.
  • paprika - 1 tbsp.
  • spearmint

How to make

Cut the beef into bites and boil it. I used canned meat and didn't have to cook it beforehand.

Wash and chop the dock and the spring onions.

In a pot, add the oil, chopped onions and dock. Steam the vegetables briefly with a little water.

When the water evaporates, add the flour, paprika, coriander, black pepper and salt to taste. Stir.

Pour three cups of warm water and leave it simmer for about 20 minutes.

Finally, add the beef and cook for another 20 minutes.

Sprinkle with fresh parsley and the stew is ready to be served.
