How to make
Fry the mushrooms in oil until cooked and set them aside. Heat the remaining oil in a pan and briefly fry the finely chopped onions and garlic.
Add the rice and fry it until it becomes transparent. Add the cooked mushrooms, 2 cups (500 ml) of the chicken broth and the cream.
Sprinkle with the spices - oregano, black pepper, turmeric and soy sauce. Leave them on the heat for 5-6 minutes. Pour the dish into a deep baking pan and add the remaining broth - 1 cup (250 ml).
Bake the rice with mushrooms in a preheated oven until done.
It is recommended not to bake and dry the dish for a long time in the oven.
If desired, grate yellow cheese on the rice with mushrooms, cream and turmeric.
