How to make
Cut the cleaned cod fish into slices, which are about a finger and a half thick.
You should also have removed the sharp parts on the back and belly of the fish.
Sprinkle with salt and lemon juice and rub them into the pieces.
Put the flour, the teaspoon of salt and the garlic in a clean bag.
Put the cod in it and give it a good shake, so that the breading sticks to the fish.
Refrigerate for 10-20 minutes.
Heat the oil over medium to high heat (but not too high). Remove the fish cutlets and place them in the pan to fry until golden on both sides.
Be careful not to fry them for too long, so that the fried fish does not become dry.
Remove and place them onto kitchen paper to absorb excess fat.
Serve the fried cod with lemon slices and mayonnaise.
