Cut this appetizing fish into pieces, sprinkle it with the fish seasoning and squeezed lemon juice.
Leave it for 30 minutes in the refrigerator. Clean the potatoes, cut them and put them in the baking pan along with the cherry tomatoes, the cut into strips pepper and the garlic.
Season with salt and drizzle with olive oil, 2/5 cup (100 ml) of water, cover the baking pan with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
Roll the marinated fish in flour and fry it in heated oil, until it aquires a golden color.
Serve the hot fried cod with a warm potato garnish.
