How to make
Clean and wash the fish, drain them and absorb the remaining water with paper towels. Add salt and sprinkle each piece with lemon juice.
Gradually and while stirring constantly, mix the flour with the beer, egg and salt. Mix well until it is a uniform mixture.
Dip the fish, piece by piece, in the crumbing and shake to remove the excess dough. Then dip in breadcrumbs, while pressing with a hand to cover each piece completely.
Fry in plenty of hot oil until the fish turns golden on all sides. Drain the grease on paper towels.
