How to make
Cut the fillets into pieces. The garlic and salt are crushed in a bowl. Add the vinegar and wine and stir.
Place the fish in the bowl, pour the marinade over it and cover it. Leave it for a night in the refrigerator. Before frying, drain the marinade from it and dry it.
Mix the flour with the breadcrumbs. Roll the fish in the flour mixture and fry in an oil bath until it's a golden color. Served with a side dish of your choice, but most definitely with cold beer.
