How to make
For the keto cake, separate the egg whites and yolks. Add the sweetener and vanilla to the yolks. Beat well with a mixer, until the mixture becomes light in color. Then add the butter and cream cheese and beat again.
Add the lemon juice, grated peel, almond flour and baking powder. Mix with a spatula, not a mixer.
Beat the egg whites very well with a mixer. Add the beaten egg whites to the other mixture in two additions. Mix with a spatula.
Grease the mold in which you will bake the dietary sponge cake. Pour the mixture in two or three parts and add the chocolate drops.
Bake in a preheated oven at 360°F (180°C) for 30-40 minutes. It depends on the oven. Mine is gas.
I use a small cake mold - 8″ (20 cm).
