How to make
Grate or grind the white chocolate briefly in a blender. It should be hard just out of the fridge so it doesn't soften too much.
Sift the flour with the baking powder and salt into a bowl. Add the room temperature butter, white chocolate, coconut and eggs.
Knead a smooth hard dough and take small portions of it, which you shape into a ball and then flatten into a biscuit.
Arrange the biscuits apart on a tray lined with baking paper.
When you have filled a tray, poke a large fresh blueberry into each of the biscuits. Wrap the remaining dough with cling film and store it in the refrigerator.
Bake the biscuits with blueberries and white chocolate for about 15 minutes at 360°F (180°C) in a preheated oven. When they turn acquire an appetizing color, they are ready. Repeat the same with the rest of the dough.
Allow the finished blueberry biscuits to cool and eat them with a glass of milk or coffee.
Enjoy!
