How to make
Heat the cream over low heat and grate the yellow part of the peel of half a lemon into it. Keep it on the heat for at least 2-3 minutes to release its aroma and the temperature should be low, in no case should it boil.
Break the chocolate, add the butter and stir until they melt and the mixture becomes homogeneous.
Pour into another container and leave it to cool, then wrap with cling film and refrigerate for 3-4 hours to set.
Grind the violet candies in a blender or a suitable grinder. Make them into a fine powder. It is quite delicate because if it is left for a while it will harden, so you have to use it immediately after grinding.
Form candies from the sweet truffle mixture and roll them in the purple powder. Help yourself with a spoon so that it does not stick to your fingers and stir it from time to time.
Serve the prepared violet candy truffles immediately or store them in the refrigerator, because they soften quickly in a warmer room.
