How to make
Beat the butter with the sugar. Add the slightly beaten egg, milk and vanilla.
Finally, add the flour and knead a soft and smooth dough.
Divide it into three parts. Color one green, one red and leave one white. Each is wrapped in foil and placed in the refrigerator for an hour.
Shape small balls from each ball. Make each ball into a long strip. Grab two strips of a different color and twist them.
Line a tray with baking paper. Arrange the twisted strips by forming them into candy canes.
Bake them at 360°F (180°C) for about 10-12 minutes.
Take out the candy canes from the oven, leave them to cool and store them in a container with a lid.
The Christmas Candy Canes are ready.
