How to make
The flour is sifted into a bowl and a well is made in the middle. Slightly warmed water and oil are poured into it. Crumble the yeast and stir with a spatula or wooden spoon until the ingredients are combined well.
Add the salt and knead the dough for 2 minutes on a greased or floured surface.
Form 8 identical oblong bread buns and arrange them in a tray covered with baking paper, at a distance from each other. They rise in only 20 minutes and this time is enough for them.
Bake until golden brown and when ready, cool them on a wire rack.
These quick bread buns are tasty and perfect for anything - for sandwiches, bruschetta or with fillings of your choice.
