How to make
Homemade sourdough bread is distinguished by its soft interior and crispy crust. It has a distinctive taste that could not be mistaken.
Before you start making it, feed the sourdough, so that it is fresh when you add it to the bread dough. Then sift the flour and add the sourdough to it. Stir.
You can use a mixer to make the dough. After 10 minutes of kneading, leave it for half an hour to 40 minutes. Then add some more flour and salt. Do the same 2 more times.
When you're done, shape the prepared sourdough bread and put it in the baking tray. Wrap it with a cloth that should not touch it. Be patient, because the rising lasts from three to eight hours, depending on the sourdough used.
Once it's ready, make a few slits on the bread, sprinkle with a little flour and bake for 10 minutes at 220°C, then for another 30 minutes at 360°F (180°C). It should acquire a golden crust. You'll know it's ready if you hear a hollow sound when tapping on the crust.
Once it's ready, let it cool and only then cut and serve the irresistibly delicious sourdough bread!
