How to make
I cleaned and sliced one head of cauliflower, until whole pieces could be separated, I got 4 normal sized steaks. Then I put them on a baking tray with baking paper on the bottom.
I salted them and spread homemade ajvar on top of each one, about two spoons, then drizzled with a little oil and baked at 390°F (200°C) until done.
I took out the tray with the steaks and put thin strips of yellow cheese on top of each one. The quantity is according to your taste.
I put the tray back in the oven and left the cheese brown slightly.
After everything was ready, I sprinkled the cauliflower steaks with some black pepper and savory herb.
I served them with hot peppers, but you can garnish them according to your taste.
