How to make
Separate the yolks from the whites and beat the yolks with 75 g of powdered sugar in a water bath until a smooth cream is obtained.
Remove it from the heat, by stirring constantly and add the vanilla, coffee and liqueur to it.
Beat the cream cheese with a little powdered sugar and add it to the yolk mixture until smooth.
Beat the egg whites with the remaining powdered sugar and a pinch of salt.
Add the delicious cream to them using a silicone spatula.
Distribute it into dessert cups and let it cool.
