How to make
Peel the apples and cut them into pieces.
Put them in a pan over low heat along with the sugar and lemon juice. Add the vanilla sugar and some cinnamon.
Caramelize them for about 10 minutes, i.e. until a beautiful caramel color is obtained and the apple pieces have softened well.
Put half of the caramelized apples in a blender and blend them.
Whip the cream into thick white mixture.
Place a layer of caramelized apples in a glass, add a layer of pureed apples and top up with the cream.
Sprinkle with bits of caramelized apples and some cinnamon.
The caramelized apples and cream dessert is ready.
