Ingredients

  • trout - 1 pc.
  • lemon - 1 pc.
  • carrot - 1 pc.
  • olive oil
  • lovage
  • potatoes - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • red onion - 1 onion
  • olives - 3.5 oz (100 g) pitted
  • oil
  • vinegar
  • salt

How to make

Clean, wash and dry the trout. Add salt and put slices of lemon and lovage in the slit.

Place the fish on foil and arrange carrot strips on it. Wrap it like candy and roast it in a heated oven at 200°C for 30 minutes.

Wash the potatoes and boil them unpeeled.

Chop the onion, parsley and olives in a bowl.

Peel the boiled potatoes, cut them into small pieces and add them to the bowl. Taste and stir.

Serve the roasted fish with the potato salad.
