Ingredients

  • nettles - 1.1 lb (500 g)
  • spring onions - 3 stalks
  • eggs - 2 pcs.
  • white cheese - 7 oz (200 g) feta
  • oil
  • salt
  • paprika
  • hot water

How to make

The nettles are cleaned and finely chopped.

The onions are cleaned and cut into slices. Put the onion in a heated pan and fry it, until soft.

Add the nettles, lightly fry, when their volume has decreased, but have not changed their color significantly, add 70 ml of hot water.

Leave the water to evaporate on a low heated stove and add salt, egg and on a switched off stove, sprinkle white cheese.

When serving, sprinkle with paprika, or cayenne pepper.
