How to cook
This is a favorite porridge with white cheese and chili pepper. This is how I prepare it.
I stew the spring onions and garlic in oil, the scalded and chopped nettles, sorrel, flour, paprika and salt and black pepper.
I pour warm water and boil, until it's ready, about 10-15 minutes, bybeating two eggs shortly before the end.
I stir vigorously, until the eggs are cooked. I serve the porridge with white cheese and chili pepper!
Sometimes, before serving, I add an egg to each serving, which is lightly poached in a pan.
The nettle and sorrel porridge is very tasty.
