How to make
The nettles are washed, cleaned and boiled.
Heat the oil and add finely chopped onion, garlic and pepper.
After they soften, add the boiled nettles, grated tomato, rice and season with the spices.
After the rice is fried, add a little water and leave it to boil.
When the rice is slightly cooked, remove it from the heat and pour the mixture for our casserole into a baking pan. Beat the eggs and add them into the baking pan.
The vegetable casserole is baked for about 20 minutes at 360°F (180°C).
Shortly before it is ready, grate the cheese on the nettle casserole.
