How to make
The sugar is dissolved in the cold water and on a low heat and after it boils, it is left for about 15 minutes.
In a large baking pan, cold water is poured to a height of 4 cm from the bottom. The pot with the sugar is removed from the heat and placed in cold water.
Add hot water and mix well. Arrange the orange slices on a serving plate, pour the caramel over them and leave them to cool.
You can use the caramelized oranges prepared in this way for both desserts and poultry dishes.
