How to make
The fruit are peeled, cleaned and cut into pieces and placed in a deep bowl.
The lemon is squeezed and poured over the fruit. Stir.
Put them in a pot, sprinkle with sugar, cinnamon and cloves. Cover with water.
Boil on low heat, until the water evaporates.
Chop the walnuts and mix them with the jam.
Cut the lemon into leaves and arrange evenly in the jars with aromatic jam, until each jar is filled with quince jam.
The jars of quince and apple jam must be sterilized in the oven in advance.
