How to make
Cut the meat into cubes and season it with the ground spices.
Refrigerate it for 24 hours. Then grind the meat into minced meat and refrigerate it for another 24 hours.
Then stuff the pork intestines with the minced meat using a meat grinder with a sausage stuffing attachment, onto which you string the pork intestines and shape into sausages.
The homemade sausages can be frozen in portions.
