How to make
Season the minced meat with the spices - salt, black pepper, paprika and savory herb. Shape it into small meatballs.
Fry the onion and carrots in a pan. Add the peppers to them and after a few minutes add the puree and the spices.
Add the diced potatoes, stir and pour the mixture into a baking pan. Pour water and arrange the meatballs on top of the potatoes.
Bake the dish at 390°F (200°C) for about 40 minutes or until done.
Add the cherry tomatoes halfway through baking.
Once the dish is ready, remove it from the oven and sprinkle it with chopped parsley.
The meatballs with potatoes and cherry tomatoes are ready.
