This is the amount of products for one serving of marinade.
Pour the water, vinegar, sugar and salt into a deep vessel. If you use coarse sea salt, keep in mind that it takes more stirring and more time to melt completely.
The boiling marinade is poured over filled pickle jars.
You can use any vegetables: cabbage, carrots, cauliflower, beets, celery, cloves of garlic for a jar, etc.
The filled jar is closed and turned upside down to vacuum seal and is covered with a cotton cloth.
It is left like that overnight and in the morning you turn it over and store it in the cellar.
