How to make
The chicken fillet is cut into small cubes, the onion is cut into slices and the mushrooms are sliced.
Heat oil in a deep pan. Add the chopped pieces of chicken fillet and fry for 15 minutes.
Then add the onions, mushrooms and finely chopped garlic. Mix everything.
In a bowl, mix the tomato puree, flour, paprika and water. The mixture is added to the chicken with mushrooms along with the heavy cream.
Season with as much salt and black pepper as you like.
The chicken with mushrooms, onions and cream is left to stew for 10 minutes.
It can be garnished with mashed potatoes.
