"Here is how to stock up on cauliflower in the winter - so it is on hand at all times"

Ingredients

  • cauliflower - 1 medium - sized head
  • water - 8 cups (2 L)
  • himalayan salt - 10 level top tsp.
  • jars - 10 pcs. small, 360 ml each
measures

How to make

Break the cauliflower into small florets, by having previously removed any injured and darker parts on the surface of the cauliflower.

Wash, strain from the excess water and distribute it in the washed and dried jars.

Fill them up to the top. Pour 1 level top teaspoon in each jar. Pour cold water up to the rim of the jar, so that it covers the cauliflower.

Close the lids tightly and let them boil in a deep pot, covered with water. After the water boils, wait 30 minutes and the jars are ready!

Take them out using the special tongs for jars and turn them upside down, until they cool!

Easy and quick to prepare winter food with everyone's favorite - iconic autumn cauliflower!

Wonderfully delicious!
