How to make
Boil the cauliflowers in salted water until softened, then take them out with a slotted spoon.
Arrange them in a tray smeared with some of the butter and sprinkle with the remaining melted butter.
Mix the water from the boiling with the breadcrumbs and cream. Pour the mixture on top of the cauliflowers.
Finally, sprinkle with the grated cheese and bake the dish in a preheated moderate oven.
