How to make
In a deep bowl, mix a dry mixture of wheat flour, oats, coconut shavings and brown crystal sugar. In a separate container/pot for the liquid mixture - mix together the sunflower oil (or melted butter), water and dandelion honey (or golden syrup).
After boiling, with constant stirring, boil for 1-2 minutes. Add the soda and remove from the heat. Pour the hot liquid mixture all at once into the bowl with the dry mixture, mix them and knead the dough.
While kneading, use pressure to make the dough come together well and absorb the honey syrup evenly (you can add 1 tbsp. sunflower oil or melted butter to make it not crumbly).
With a tablespoon, scoop balls of dough (same size), which we press between our palms - and shape into biscuits with round ends (with a thickness of about 5 mm - no less/ and the size of the circle - about 5 cm).
About 19-20 pieces are obtained, which are arranged in a tray which has been smeared with sunflower oil.
Bake at 360°F (180°C) for about 12-15 minutes. Once they are ready, take them out of the oven, let them cool down for a few minutes and then use a thin spatula to peel them off the tray.
Store them in a box.
