  • dill - 1/3 bunch fresh
  • yogurt - 2 tbsp.
  • mayonnaise - 3 tbsp.
  • salt - by taste
  • blue cheese - 1.8 oz (50 g)
  • olive oil - 2 tbsp.
  • garlic - 1 clove

How to make

Boil 4 peeled and washed potatoes in a pot of water. Add 1 pinch of salt while they are boiling in the water. After the potatoes are cooked, cut them into large cubes. Put them in a bowl.

Prepare a dressing. In a separate bowl, put 3 tbsp. mayonnaise, 2 tbsp. yogurt, 2 tbsp. olive oil.

Finely chop fresh dill and add it to the bowl, in which you will make the dressing. Mix very well. We clean 1 clove of garlic and chop it very finely and add it and mix.

Mash the blue cheese with a fork and add it to the dressing.
