How to make
Wash the rice, until the starch is removed. Put it in a cooking vessel and add water in a ratio of 3:1.
Boil the rice, until fully cooked.
Dilute the broth with a little lukewarm water and add it to the rice at the end of cooking.
In another pot, heat the olive oil and add the strained boiled peas, the marinated mushrooms and the finely chopped red chili pepper, without the seeds.
Stir and stew for about 4-5 minutes.
Add the vegetable mixture to the rice and mix, until smooth. Season with salt and black pepper.
The spicy rice with beef broth is ready.
