How to make
Wash the salmon and salt it.
Grate the garlic or press it through a garlic press.
Finely chop the parsley. Mix them together with olive oil.
Leave it settle and spread the fish with just the fat.
Grill it on both sides on a well-heated grill.
Just before removing the grilled salmon, spread only one side with the garlic mixture and do not turn it over.
Take it off the grill and serve the grilled garlic salmon warm.
