Ingredients

  • pork leg - 1.8 lb (800 g) boneless
  • white wine - 4/5 cup (200 ml)
  • brown sugar - 1 1/2 tbsp.
  • black pepper
  • paprika
  • cumin
  • garlic powder
  • dried onion
  • barbecue sauce - 1/2 cup
  • salt
  • olive oil - 1 tbsp.

How to make

Wash the meat, mix the spices and rub them well into it.

Use a baking bag and put the meat in it, by pouring it with the white wine and olive oil.

Roast the pork in a preheated oven to 300°F (150°C) for 2-3 hours in a baking pan, until the meat becomes tender.

Towards the end, tear the meat and add the barbecue sauce.

Place it back into the oven and roast it for about 10 minutes, then serve it with rice garnish and vegetables of choice.
