How to make
The avocado should be soft and well-ripened. Cut it in half and remove the stone.
Using a spoon, scoop out the entire fleshy part and place it in a blender.
Add the cream cheese, sesame tahini, a few sprigs of parsley and the pressed garlic.
Season the appetizing dip with lemon juice, black pepper and salt.
Blend, until smooth.
The avocado dip is consumed with lavash, toast, vegetable chips or on its own.
