Ingredients

  • iceberg - 1 pc.
  • chicken breast - 1 pc. (or 1 and 1/2 pcs.)
  • eggs - 1 pc.
  • breadcrumbs - for rolling (from the larger ones)
  • flour - for rolling
  • salt - by taste
  • For the sauce
  • pickles - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • milk - 1/3 cup (80 ml)
  • walnuts - 1.8 oz (50 g) raw
  • olive oil - 2 tbsp (30 ml)
  • vinegar - 1 tbsp (15 ml)
  • salt - 1/2 tsp.
  • oregano - by taste

How to make

Season the chicken breasts with salt and leave them rest at room temperature. The idea is that they are not too cold when we fry them.

Wash the iceberg well, drain it well and shred it into a large salad bowl.

Prepare the wonderful salad dressing in a blender or nutribullet, so that it is easier for you:

Put all the ingredients for the sauce in the jug of the appliance and blend for about a minute at high speed.

Pour the sauce - dressing over the iceberg.

Now it is time for the breaded chicken.

You can bread the chicken breast whole or in pieces. It's up to you.

Roll it in flour, egg and coarse breadcrumbs. Fry, until they acquire a golden color and remove them and place them onto kitchen paper, so that it can absorb the excess fat.

Don't wait for the breaded fillets to cool, but cut them into strips and put them in the green salad with chicken.
