Ingredients

  • iceberg - 1 pc.
  • cucumber - 1 pc.
  • chickpeas - 1 jar
  • Dressing
  • avocado - 1/2 pc.
  • lemon juice - from 1/2 lemon, large
  • yogurt - 1/2 cup
  • parsley - 1/2 bunch
  • honey mustard - 1 tbsp.
  • olive oil - 4 tbsp.
  • salt
  • cold water - a little, if needed

How to make

Chop the iceberg and the cucumber and put them in a bowl along with the strained chickpeas.

The products for the dressing are mixed and grinded in a chopper or blender.

Pour the prepared dressing over the salad and mix it well.
