How to make
Chop the iceberg and the cucumber and put them in a bowl along with the strained chickpeas.
The products for the dressing are mixed and grinded in a chopper or blender.
Pour the prepared dressing over the salad and mix it well.
When serving, the chickpea salad can be served on its own as a side dish or with tortilla chips.
The iceberg salad with chickpeas and avocado dressing is very nutritious and it goes well with brandy :)
