How to make
Cut the chicken fillet into cubes, season it salt and fry it in a pan, until it aquires a golden color.
Wash the Iceberg and arugula leaves.
Place the chopped Iceberg leaves and the arugula leaves on a plate.
On top, add the peeled and diced apple, the fried fillet, the raisins and the parmesan (cut into thin pieces).
Flavor with lemon juice, salt and olive oil.
