Ingredients

  • iceberg lettuce - 1 pc.
  • strawberries - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • cheddar cheese, or blue cheese - 5.3 oz (150 g)
  • sunflower seeds - 1.8 oz (50 g) raw
  • pumpkin seeds - 1.8 oz (50 g) raw
  • avocado - 1 pc, ripe
  • cucumbers - 1/2 pc.
  • parsley
  • For the dressing
  • brown sugar - 1/2 tbsp.
  • salt - to taste
  • black pepper - a pinch
  • balsamic vinegar - 1 - 2 tbsp.
  • pomegranate dressing - 1 tbsp.

How to make

A delicious summer salad with fresh vegetables. Wash and strain all the vegetables.

Chop the iceberg lettuce roughly, you can use a few whole leaves as a base for your salad.

Cut the strawberries , cheese, avocado and cucumber into pieces of similar size, mix gently and add the sunflower and pumpkin seeds.

Prepare the dressing by adding all the ingredients into a narrow container and blend them to a homogeneous mix.

Pour the dressing on top of the salad a few minutes before serving.
